I had intended to make a Thai style chicken stir-fry some time this fortnight but I was feeling pretty lazy so I took the easy option and made a simple, convenience meal using only 5 ingredients; diced chicken breast, 1 onion, a packet of frozen vegies, a jar of Kan Tong Plum Sweet & Sour Sauce and Maggi noodles. EASY! This is definitely not an imaginative meal but it hit the spot just nicely!
