Smoked Trout Pita Wrap
Last night for dinner I made myself a tasty wrap. The pita bread was fresh (
M-mmm!
) and I filled it with smoked trout, sour cream, baby spinach leaves, green capsicum, tomato avocado and gherkins. Nice.
