BBQ, Chickpea & Green Salads

Thursday was the perfect night for a home cooked barbecue, so that is exactly what we had! I had a BBQ Chicken pack to cook and made two quick salads to accompany the meat.



The meat was chicken sausages, BBQ chicklets and BBQ marinated chicken kebabs. We had our sausages in bread with plenty of tomato sauce.


The first salad was just lettuce mix, tomato and cucumber with a dressing of white vinegar, Garden Fresh Mediterranean herbs, olive oil and chilli sauce.


The second salad was just as simple. It consisted of chickpeas, capsicum, spring onion with Yumm Original dressing.


Our barbecue meat is usually bought from Leonards but this batch wasn't and T could tell from the quality. Nothing beats Leonards chicken!
