Chicken Parma with Wedges and Salad
T loves a good parma. He even likes frozen Steggles 'Chicken Breast Fillets-Parmigiana.' That is what I served him for dinner last night with homemade wedges, sour cream & sweetchilli sauce and a simple salad. I was very proud of the wedges and T enjoyed them.
It was a whole lot of food but he made his way through it and enjoyed his meal.
