Chicken Risotto

I told a fib.....I said in my previous Chicken & Bacon Risotto post that I wouldn't be trying McCormick Recipe Base for risotto again, well, I did. I cooked it again because T really enjoyed it (surprisingly) for his lunch last time and I was feeling lazy.
Learning from my previous mistake, I cooked the chicken less before adding it to the rice cooker. I also added broad beans and stirred through some baby spinach leaves at the end. I didn't add bacon this time and overall it was much more of a success.
