Pesto Pasta

I love making fresh pesto, it's so easy, super tasty and it beats a jarred version every time! I made T spiral pasta with pesto for his lunch tomorrow.
For the pesto I used a bunch of basil, a mix of toasted pine nuts and almonds, parmesan cheese, garlic and olive oil. I would've added a squeeze of lemon juice but I had none.
After the pasta was cooked I mixed the pesto with some evaporated milk. I then stirred the pasta through the sauce and sprinkled on some whole toasted pine nuts and parmesan cheese.
